At Devinoiré, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out how and when your orders will be delivered across India & International.
1. Delivery Coverage
- We currently deliver across India,USA , UK, Canda, Australia,UAE through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
- Certain pin codes may be unserviceable; in such cases, you will be notified before order confirmation.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
- International : 10-15 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and subject to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or government restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.
- Free shipping may be available on promotions, minimum cart values, or special offers (as mentioned on the Website).
5. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, customers will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with the tracking ID and courier details.
- You can track your order status online until delivery is completed.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make 2–3 attempts to deliver the package.
- If the package is undeliverable after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Receipt of Delivery
- Customers are requested to check the package at the time of delivery.
- If the package is tampered with, damaged, or opened, please refuse delivery and immediately inform our support team.
8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Devinoiré is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen factors including:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or transport disruptions.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer.
- Issues with courier partners beyond our reasonable control.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we ship primarily within India. International shipping for countries USA , UK, Canda, Australia,UAE is also available by trusted global shipping partners.
