At Devinoiré, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Returns Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Request for return/exchange must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.

Due to hygiene & safety, cosmetics, perfumes, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened/used, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

  1. Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original mode of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to wrong/damaged products.

  1. Exchanges Products may be exchanged for different sizes or variants (subject to stock availability).

If exchange is not possible, a refund/credit note will be issued.

  1. Non-Returnable Products Opened/used beauty & cosmetic products.

Discounted, clearance, or final sale items.

Customized/personalized clothing or accessories.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Delivered If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  1. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return/refund after delivery as per this policy.
