Cancellation Policy

At Devinoiré, we strive to give our customers the flexibility to modify or cancel their orders with ease before shipment. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellations are allowed and their implications.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers can request cancellation of an order before shipment/disptach by contacting our customer support team.
- If cancellation is successfully made before shipment, you will receive a full refund of the order amount.
- Once the order has been shipped/dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may apply for a return/refund after delivery, as per our [Return & Refund Policy].
2. How to Cancel an Order

Our team will confirm the status of your order and process the cancellation if eligible.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipment) will be processed within 7–10 business days into the original payment method used.
- Timeframes may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Cancellation by Devinoiré
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Technical errors in product information, pricing, or stock availability.
- Non-serviceable delivery location.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- Force Majeure events (natural disasters, lockdowns, etc.).
In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
5. Partial Cancellation
- Currently, partial cancellations (removing one item from a multi-product order before shipment) may or may not be available depending on system feasibility. Please contact support for assistance.
6. Important Points
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Instead, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If refused on delivery, future COD orders may be restricted to prevent misuse.
